Jesus, I Want to Know You

“You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.”(Jeremiah 29:13)

Many people know about Jesus—His life and His main miracles—but few truly know Him. Knowing Jesus goes beyond just knowing who He is. You can’t know Him without genuinely seeking Him. Those who seek His presence in spirit and in truth will find Him (John 4:23–24).

Knowing Jesus means living according to His Word and becoming an imitator of Him (1 Corinthians 11:1). It’s more than just words or feelings—it requires action and decision.

When we seek Jesus with all our heart, He reveals Himself to us. That closeness transforms our lives. If you haven’t experienced that yet, go after it. Jesus also desires to know you.

Getting to Know Jesus

To know Jesus, the first step is to invite Him in. Open your heart and let Him into your life. Receive Him.

Seek Him in prayer. Set aside time in your day to talk with Him.

Prayer:Jesus, I want to know You more and more. Make Your home in my heart and fill me with Your peace and Your love. Speak to me and teach me to walk according to Your Word. In Your powerful name, amen.
